Another tree stump bites the dust

All summer Richard has been ripping out tree stumps.  This stump is just past the hay shed, about 20 feet.  This is about the 7th stump Rich has ripped out this summer. 
He has started taking out an stump close to this one.  He has also been trimming the trees, taking the branches up to about 10 [...]

a walk in the woods

Every evening Richard and I take a walk in the back woods of our property.  Richard has spent a lot of time out there clearing trees and removing under brush.

Weather:
 It continues to be warm during the day 90° to mid 80°.  We have had very little rain this summer which I do not not believe that unusual.  Our spring was drier than usual which has lead to a dry summer.  It seems that we are having more brush fires.
