Snow Peas with Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 3 cups snow peas trimmed (about 8 ounces)
  • 1 tsp minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbs low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add peas and ginger; sauté 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soy sauce and black pepper.
