Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound boneless chicken thighs -- cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 extra large egg -- whisked
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds -- optional garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped scallions -- optional garnish

For the Sauce:

  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 4 garlic cloves -- minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
